We are a premier tech support and IT specialty service, providing on-site computer servicing and maintenance for small to medium businesses and home users.
\nWe are\u00a0dedicated to producing solutions that benefit our clients with a highly skilled professional, using first-class technology partnerships and practical experience. We handle any tech support issues onsite, in your home or business as well as here in our workshop.\u00a0 If a more extensive repair is required, we provide a pick-up and drop-off of your computer at no extra charge.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Small Business Computer Services offers the following:
\nWe supply, repair and upgrade hardware components from all the major vendors.
\nWe repair all brands of notebooks, desktop PCs and servers.
\nWe design and install wireless and wired networks.
\nWe offer a data recovery and data backup service. We offer on-site and off-site solutions for data back-up. We provide secure and cost-effective off-site backups.
\nWe supply both original and compatible toner and ink cartridges.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0We offer service level agreements designed to accommodate your IT infrastructure, ensuring that you suffer the minimum amount of downtime. This includes a monthly site visit for proactive maintenance covering system inspection, cleaning out temporary files, updating antivirus, installing updates and software patches. The maintenance agreement covers the cost of labour involved in system repairs, but excludes the cost of any parts, software, network cabling, or consumables.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0At a special request from some of our clients, we now offer a new product aimed at smaller businesses that do not want a maintenance contract but require assurances that their IT investment and data are safe. We will visit your offices on a monthly basis to install updates, inspect your hardware and check the state of data backups.
